We plan for weddings, graduations, and vacations. Planning ahead for one of life’s most difficult moments can spare your family uncertainty, difficult decisions, and unexpected financial stress.
We support families through some of their hardest times and have seen the comfort it brings when wishes are recorded in advance.
Our process is simple, compassionate, and designed to help you make informed choices.
· Peace of mind: Ease the burden on your family by removing the pressure of making difficult decisions during a time of grief, shock, and emotional stress.
· Your wishes recorded: Every arrangement is personal and shaped by individual and family traditions. Planning now gives you time to make choices that truly reflect your life and values.
· Costs set in advance: By securing today’s funeral costs and setting aside the necessary funds, you can help protect your family from unexpected expenses.
Many people say the hardest part is simply getting started. We make the process straightforward: once a few key decisions are made, the rest often follows naturally. Our team will explain your options clearly and guide you toward choices that feel right for you.

In 2025, I joined Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels as a Funeral Counselor. This role is more than a career to me—it is a heartfelt calling to walk alongside families during some of life’s most difficult moments. My goal is to help each family honor and celebrate their loved one through a meaningful, personalized memorial that reflects their life, love, and legacy. I strive to make the process feel a little easier by listening closely, anticipating needs, and offering comfort, peace, and sincere care every step of the way.
Before entering funeral service, I spent more than 25 years as a qualified accountant for a government office. That experience taught me the importance of organization, patience, and careful attention to detail—qualities I now bring into my work with families. Along with those practical skills, I lead with empathy, humility, and understanding, because I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.
I deeply value the sense of togetherness in the community I serve. I am inspired by the way families, neighbors, and friends come together for gatherings, festivals, and church events, even in the middle of busy lives. That spirit of connection reminds me why this work matters and strengthens my commitment to serving others with kindness and care.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family. I also find joy in dancing, listening to music—especially Yanni and Kitaro—and working on hands-on craft projects. These creative moments bring me peace, help me express myself, and remind me of the beauty found in simple, meaningful things.
